Estonian Aviation Academy Fund

On 21 December, 2006, Estonian Aviation Academy (former Tartu Aviation College) established a fund (ELA fond) the aim of which is to promote Estonian aviation education, to raise the level of aviation safety and to involve the public in financing aviation education. The finances of the Fund are managed by Tartu Kultuurkapital.

The Fund provides different scholarships and grants to Academy students and to people directly involved in the teaching process or to those carrying out the projects supporting the teaching and development process at the Academy.

The aim and the conditions of awarding a certain grant or scholarship shall be determined by the decision made by the Council of the Fund or in its statutes considering the donators wishes and aims, in case there are any.

The Fund is open to donations by any individual or legal persons.  Pursuant to the respective legislative acts of the Republic of Estonia the donations are non-taxable.

The donations to the Estonian Aviation Academy Fund can be transferred to the following accounts of Tartu Kultuurkapital
